A programme for the improvement of areas of older, privately owned housing. Homeowners can apply for help to improve their properties in some inner city areas.
Group repair schemes also operate in Renewal Areas and can provide assistance with improvement work to the outside of a row of inner city terraced houses, renewing roofs, chimneys and gutters. Information and advice is available.
