Sheltered housing provides good, comfortable living conditions where tenants live independently within their own homes. Whilst having the comfort and security of knowing someone is available to call in the case of an emergency. Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council has eleven sheltered schemes where a warden is employed to manage the scheme.
