Training is by fully qualified British Fencing Association coaches. Frisby Fencers is a friendly and relaxed club with an enviable competitive reputation. Fencing is an exciting and challenging sport. By the end of the course you will have mastered basic skills and improved your physical and mental agility. It is the ideal sport for both sexes. 6-11 year olds - this session uses the Mini-Fence system of foam and plastic swords. It is designed to give younger children the chance to learn fencing skills. 11-16 year olds - this second Junior session is designed to bring on older children using metal equipment. Older and more experienced Juniors have the opportunity to stay on to fight the adults. Adults - this sessions is designed mainly for adults. We have a mix of training and individual and team competitions.

Coffee morning,10.30am to 12noon: 3rd Sat in each month. Some hiring of premises and facilities. Drop-in 3rd. Wed each month 2-4pm. Pilates each Mon 2-3pm, Aerobics each Tues, 6.15-7.15pm. Messy Church for children due to be held monthly, probably first Saturday in month. Prior booking essential. Please note - we have wheelchair and toilet access, excellent kitchen facilities, open plan layout.
