Baldwin Boat Trust
Takes groups of adults and children with disabilities for trips on the canal or river. Up to 12 people for a day trip. The boat is specially designed and built with hydraulic lift, adapted toilet and shower. Crew is provided by the trust. Half day, full day or 7 day trips. There is also now a new narrow boat that is adapted to take wheelchairs without involving any transfers, as well as a special wider toilet facility to cope with wheelchairs.

The Society has been set up to promote Amateur Radio as a hobby and to help educate people about the different modes of wireless communications with safety being a main priority. The Society also aims to educate people about the invaluable work that was carried out at Beaumanor Park during WW2. We also give talks and lectures on many interesting subjects.
