Affiliated to Radio Society of GB. Hold 2 transmitting licences G4WVR and G1WVR. Operate transceivers on short wave, VHF and UHF. Use voice and morse code. Membership is open to all radio amateurs,CB'ers and anyone who has an interest in radio. The club is involved in many local activities . It runs a special event station for the local scout group and supports the Market Harborough carnival with a demonstration station set up at Symington rec. The Club is also able to run courses for anyone who wants to obtain an amateur radio transmitting licence.
