Residential care home for elderly people registered with CSCI, except those who are physically and/or mentally disabled. Provides necessary care while encouraging as much independence as possible. Near to shops and amenities, also in-house shop. Meeting place has disabled access and disabled toilets.

Kibworth Harcourt Conservation Society
The Society has been running since 1978 with the aim of preserving the heritage of the Kibworth Harcourt conservation area and environs. Numerous social activities take place each year and are advertised in the Kibworth Chronicle and on Notice Board
