There is also a Winter Contact Card for people to write down the telephone numbers of people they would need to contact in an emergency such as the plumber or heating engineer, the local GP, the chemist or the local shopkeeper.
The best time to have a flu jab is between late September and early
November, ready for winter. If you are 65 or over or have certain medical conditions, visit your

This scheme is designed for the over 60s. The scheme allows
you to pay a fixed monthly Direct Debit for 12 months for your gas and electricity. The amount
